RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right and you are welcome to return your item/s back to us within 14 days of receiving. We offer refunds, exchanges* and store credits subject to the following terms and conditions:

*Please note that size exchanges are available, given desired size is in stock. We do not provide exchanges for other styles. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more detail regarding size exchanges.

 The item(s) must be in it’s original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains, or odours (smell of perfume).

Faulty items

If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@amoistudio.com with the subject line as 'Return - Faulty item'  and supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Àmoi. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

If you've met the above requirements please return your item/s with your returns form (which will be sent to your email once the return has been accepted by Àmoi) to the provided address on the form within 7 days of requesting a return. 

We will not be held liable for any item/s returned to a location other than the one we provide.

 The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed by Àmoi. We recommend sending the package with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.  

 We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and an email with a credit note. All credit notes will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.
